- The Snapper Hole cannot accept cancellations after the order has been placed online, in person, or by phone if the order has been started by our cook and the payment has been processed.
- We cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or place an order by mistake if it was already prepared.
- In the case that you received food different from your receipt, we are truly sorry! If the order was delivered, our driver will take the correct order to you as soon as possible, or you can pick it up at our location if you prefer.
- If you don’t want to get the correct order anymore and would like a refund, we will need to receive the order you received by mistake in its original condition and packaging at our location (we recommend checking the order before the driver leaves your location).
- In the rare scenario that your order is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make sure our driver delivers the missing item. If you don’t want the item anymore, we will refund the money of such item to your credit card or offer you restaurant credit if it was a cash payment.
- In order to make sure our customers receive a good experience, we cook our food fresh to order, with the best and freshest ingredients. Please call us immediately if you received an order that was not satisfactory. We will need the food returned in the original container so we may investigate the issue and will prepare a new food order for you if we determine there was in fact something wrong with the original order. If you don’t want to receive another order, we will refund your payment if the food was not consumed more than 25% and is in its original packaging.
